Guess I have to give up, got a very persistant neighbour who is taking over my cities, and I haven't got the time to do anything about it. Not that I really care, but I find it kind of irritating that my cities were moved from a relatively peaceful place to a overcrowded inferno where something like this was inevitable, and even more that I was stupid enough to spend money on this game. What a waste of ressources, both real life and in the game.
